We'd love to celebrate with everyone! However, our venue's limited capacity means we can only accommodate the guests named on the invitation, which includes children of the bridal party and immediate family. Thank you for understanding and please reach out if there is any confusion or questions!

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Hotel Colorado.

Yes! There is a parking lot and street parking. We recommend planning a little time ahead for parking, just in case!

Both! We wanted to have the best of both worlds. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Then we will head indoors for the reception. Check out the full timeline on the home page!

While we know you are a great photographer, we can leave the ceremony photos to the professionals. Feel free to take all the photos you want during the reception.

If you are traveling from out of town, please keep elevation in mind! Glenwood Springs is 6,000 ft, which means that one drink here equal two in Kansas City. Remember to drink extra water!

Dress code is semi-formal!

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry that you can check out on the Registry page.

We do have a hotel block at the Hotel Colorado! Check out the Travel and Accommodations page for more details. We recommend staying at the Hotel Colorado however, there are great Airbnbs to check out if that is more your style.
